Ubiquity Global Services Launches Hungarian Center and Announces Philippine Expansion


NEW YORK, NY: October 1, 2017 – Ubiquity Global Services, an innovative and rapidly-expanding business services organization, today launched a multi-lingual operations site in Budapest, Hungary, adding to its expending network of global delivery locations.


The new site has capacity for more than 100 agent positions in support of the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) markets. Ubiquity, which has deep expertise in the financial services and payments space, is expected to service clients in all major European languages from this latest site.


“We are excited about the opportunity to expand our European servicing footprint from our newest site in Budapest,” said Matt Nyren, the company’s president and CEO. “The Hungarian site will give us the ability to service customers in more than 10 additional languages, and significantly improve our capacity for delivering exceptional results for European clients.”


Further to the launch of their second European site, Ubiquity announced its plans to expand its presence in Philippines, where the company currently operates their largest service delivery sites. The company has a large and growing presence in Manila, the country’s national capital and Bacolod, a medium-sized city in the Western Visayan region.
