NEW YORK, NY: January 5, 2018 – Ubiquity Global Services, a multinational business services organization, today announced that Jennifer Garde has been appointed the company’s Vice President, Client Solutions and Amy Pugh has been appointed the company’s Vice President, Legal. Garde and Pugh assumed their responsibilities on January 1, 2018.


Garde most recently served as the company’s senior director of client solutions. “I’m incredibly excited to expand my responsibilities with Ubiquity and continue my focus on protecting our company’s most important asset – our clients. Ubiquity’s unique company culture and commitment to delivering excellence with every customer contact has helped our company transform the outsourcing space, and I’m excited to be part of this movement,” Garde said.


Pugh joined Ubiquity in 2015 and has most recently served as the company’s associate general counsel and chief compliance officer. “The opportunity to work with Matthew and the rest of the executive team as we move forward is something I am passionate about. I look forward to assisting Ubiquity in its continued growth.”
