Since joining the company in 2019, Mark has proven his ability to work collaboratively with clients across verticals to achieve their goals. With a consultative approach to CX and performance optimization, Mark helps drive business results, including industry-leading NPS for a major digital bank client. He has more than 25 years of management and operational excellence experience in the BPO space. Prior to joining Ubiquity, Mark held leadership roles at Alorica, Convergys, Xerox, and RMS.
